- Job details such as material, size, quantity, design notes and files you choose to share separately by WhatsApp or email.
- Basic technical information provided by the browser for security and site operation.
How we use information
- To respond to your enquiry or quote request.
- To discuss CNC cutting, carving, signage or fabrication requirements.
- To coordinate calls, WhatsApp messages, pickup, delivery or follow-up.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share job details only with trusted service providers when needed to complete communication, hosting, email delivery or business operations.
Retention
We keep enquiry and quote details only as long as reasonably needed for business records, customer service and legal compliance.
