We collect only the details needed to respond to enquiries and prepare CNC job-work quotes.
- Name, phone number, email address and message submitted through the contact or quote form.
- Job details such as material, size, quantity, design notes and files you choose to share separately by WhatsApp or email.
- Basic technical information such as IP address, used for security, spam prevention and site operation.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry or quote request.
- To discuss CNC cutting, carving, signage or fabrication requirements.
- To coordinate calls, WhatsApp messages, pickup, delivery or follow-up.
Consent and lawful purpose
By submitting the contact or quote form, you consent to our collecting and using the information you provide for the purposes stated above. We process personal data only for these lawful purposes. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us; this will not affect processing already carried out.
